Order Withdrawal
Before dispatch
Customers may withdraw an order through Track & Support while status remains "Processing." Once packing begins or status changes to "Shipped," withdrawal is not available.
Merchant-initiated cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel when seed stock is exhausted or the destination PIN is temporarily unserviceable. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full without deduction.
Refund processing time
Approved prepaid refunds are initiated within two business days and typically settle within five to eight banking days depending on your payment provider.
COD withdrawal
Withdrawing a COD order before dispatch incurs no charge. Repeated refusal of valid deliveries may restrict future COD eligibility on your account.
